ellaandabbi.com.au understands the importance you attach to your personal information. As such, we shall ensure that we comply with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
If you submit information to wendybroekx.com.au by registering as a member, purchasing one of my products or by sending me an email, I collect that information and use it for the purposes of providing you with information or advice about my goods and/or services and for processing an order by you for my goods and/or services. Specifically, I require your name, street address, email address, phone number and method of payment details in order to complete an order for my goods and/or services.
I shall only disclose your personal information to third parties where the disclosure is necessary and directly related to the purposes set out above - such as our financial institution to process your order. I will not give my customer lists to third parties for promotions independent of wendybroekx.com.au. Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you have a right to request access to your personal information held by me. You may do this by sending me an email to email@example.com. You do not have to provide me with the information requested, however, I will be unable to process your order should you be unwilling to do so.
www.ellaandabbi.com.au relies on word-of-mouth of customers and friends to 'spread the word' about the great products I sell online. To keep you up-to-date on new products and special deals and promotions I do send occasional emails.
However, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) I will only send you emails with your prior consent and shall be happy to remove you from my mailing list should you no longer wish to receive my promotional information.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
You can return or an exchange for damaged or faulty items purchased online within 14 days from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase will be required.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described please follow see below:
Send me an image of the damaged/faulty goods to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. I will then email you to find the best solution.
If a refund is needed, this will be done by the same credit card used to purchase the goods. An email notification will then be sent as soon as the return has been processed.
Please note that any refund or exchange excludes digital downloads and expired product.
I am happy to offer you an exchange for unused items purchased online within 14 days from the date of purchase. A proof of purchase will be required. Any item for exchange must be unopened and unused. A change of mind or error on the your behalf may be exchanged, however some or all postage will not be refunded.

Contact me at email@example.com with your order number and details of your purchase. Once the item has been received and reviewed, I will email you.
Please note that postage for the exchanged product will be paid by the you.
Cancelling Orders and Returns:
If you wish to cancel your online order please contact me within 6 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been despatched, I cannot cancel your order.
My returns policy can be changed without notice.

Credit / Debit Cards
If you would like to make a direct transfer into my bank account please contact me through my contact page. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the funds have cleared the account.
